Aims
The student knows (and understands) the concept and advances of fluorescence spectroscopy (incl TCSPC-based devices, time-resolved microscopy). Knows the significance of spectroscopic methods to many fields of science and industrial applications. The student can perform simple (and more advanced) spectroscopic measurements and critically evaluate the obtained results.
